SkyDeck at Willis Tower - Chicago, IL
This little square glass box atop the Willis Tower in Chicago, IL is one piece of architecture that means a lot to me in Chicago. On my very first trip to the windy city I had to chance to stand out on the glass floor and stare below at the city. It is a very scary and exciting moment when you step out on to the glass, some people even lay down on it. It will always stick with me because it makes you feel like you are on top of the world. Just recently it was shut down because the one of the bottom glass panes had cracked while people were standing on top of it. There is nothing else like it in the United States!
