Bank of China Tower - Austin Heyne

Although I have never seen this tower in person I have spent a fair amount of time studying it. Last year, I help a friend construct a near 1:1 recreation of the towing in a popular game known as Minecraft. I particularly like this skyscraper because I find the design relatively simple yet very appealing to the eye. I love the look of the zig-zaging lines and the use of equilateral triangles on that scale. Having a non rectangular tower adds a lot of interest to a skyline and it’s square base means it works well in modern, grid like, cities.
