Frankfurt Cathedral, Germany. By Noha Shariff

In one of my trips to Europe, I found a remarkable cathedral in Frankfurt's Römerberg old town plaza. This cathedral is quite obvious comparing it to the buildings around it, it has a distinct Roman touch or I can say gothic more like. Römerberg is a place in Frankfurt where the Romer means Roman, and has house complexes stacked together to make up the city hall. What I like about this cathedral is its unique and different architecture that was built by comparison to the buildings next to it. If you look at it from behind you would see its amazing location next to the river, which gave it an remarkable elegance all around. The weather was quite cold and it was hard to look at buildings but this church was a very hard to overlook.
