Eric Hebert #7
Nielsen Hall is by far my favorite building on OU's campus. Primarily, because I am a physics student and spend nearly all of my time here. The beauty of the building starts as you walk up the concrete steps to the large wooden doors. Above the doors is enzcribed the words Physics and Astronomy. Inside the building all of the benches and doors are wooden and the calssrooms are very open. There are two large lecture halls at each end of each floor and on the 1st floor the rounded wall is decorated with pictures of famous physicist and astronomers. Reading the plaque out front can give you some history ont the name behind Nielsen Hall and the entire place seems to be filled with history.
