Arthur Bulin #3-The Great Pyramid of Giza

Constructed: c. 2560-2540 BC
Architect: Unknown

The Great Pyramid of Giza is amongst the seven wonders of the ancient world and one of the simplest in terms of what it looks like, but hidden below its exterior are more complexities than many people realize. The great Pyramid of Giza has always stood to me as a question. Why? While Egyptologists have deciphered much of ancient Egypt there are still mysteries and the pyramid stands as a reminder that there are perhaps some things we will never know. We know what they were built for and we have a number of ideas of how we think they were built but every few years some new secret bit of information is uncovered reminding us that we may never know everything about them.
