Cody Duke Oklahoma County Court House
This is the Oklahoma County District Court house, aka where I spent most of my childhood and not for bad reasons. My mother was a Lawyer and this is usually where my summers were spent and most of my fondest childhood memories come from. Whenever I look at this building I am always reminded of the good times and reassured of the path in life that I have chosen because it still inspires me to this day. To me this building stands for the protection of the people who it serves, even though most people who come into contact with this building would say otherwise, it is, to me anyway, more of a symbol of peace and justice than our capital building or any other establishment in the state of Oklahoma. Even though it may just be a plain high rise building with famous quotes carved into the stone above the entrances it is one of the most important building to me and I appreciate it more than any other building.
