Pizzeria Uno - Chicago, IL
This building means a lot to me because it was the place that I first experienced true Chicago deep dish pizza. It was an attractive building aesthetically to the eye while you are walking around downtown Chicago. Pizzeria Uno is known in Chicago as the place that invented true Chicago style deep dish pizza, the seating is very limited and became known as a place with very long wait times to get seated and for food. Due to the ability to not meet the demand of the public with their current building they decided to open up a building 20 feet across the street called Pizzeria Duo. I like how they designed the building, the kitchens are upstairs and seating is downstairs.
