Kirkpatrick Manor - Nathaniel Ashley
Above is Kirkpatrick Manor, a building in the Chautauqua historic district and home to the Oklahoma Chapter of Triangle. I have found myself here on many occasions meeting with friends that have common interests to my own in the fields of Math, Science, Engineering, and Architecture. Here I have grown into a leader of these men, learned how to teach others, and guide people through hardships. This house is definitely a large part of what makes me and defines me as well as continue to define me for years to come. This building represents a fortress or solitude for the people that call it home. It both brings people in clarity as well as shields those inside from turmoils experienced elsewhere. I was invited into this house only a few years ago, but as time goes on and I leave and return, Kirkpatrick Manor will always feel like a home.
